 Steps to prepare

  • In a big bowl, combine the beaten egg with ground beef, one tablespoon of cornstarch, the pepper and salt, bread crumbs, minced onion, and two teaspoons of some soy sauce. Shape the mixture into 1 ½ inch meatballs.
  •  Place a big cooking pot over medium heat and lightly brown the meatballs in some vegetable oil. Drain them well, and if you want, you can also bake your meatballs in a baking pan rimmed with foil for around15 to 20 minutes in a 350 F oven.
