Baked Ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze Ingredients
- 1 cup Dry Riesling wine
- 1 shallot, minced
- ½ cup honey
- ¾ cup coarse grainy mustard
- 1 large bone-in smoked ham, about 10 lbs
Baked Ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze Preparation Steps
1. For coating, convey wine and shallots to a stew in a little saucepot and diminish to ¼ container. Expel pot from warmth and blend in honey and mustard.
