Baked Ham with Riesling Mustard Glaze

Nothing is much easier and alot more delicious than a very beautiful, Baked Ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze. There are only few types of meat I love just a bit more than a delicious ham, and this baked ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze is amazing.

Baked Ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Dry Riesling wine
  2. 1 shallot, minced
  3. ½ cup honey
  4. ¾ cup coarse grainy mustard
  5. 1 large bone-in smoked ham, about 10 lbs

Baked Ham with Riesling-Mustard Glaze Preparation Steps

1. For coating, convey wine and shallots to a stew in a little saucepot and diminish to ¼ container. Expel pot from warmth and blend in honey and mustard.

2. Preheat stove to 275°F. Spot ham in a broiling skillet and score the skin on top. Spot in broiler and prepare, revealed, for 7 hours. Spoon half of coating over ham and season, cooking for 1 ½ hours more.
