Scallops are one of the famous seafood in the world. They are mostly present in shallow water of lakes and river. They have good quantity of proteins, enzymes and carbohydrates which are very beneficent for a human body. For their better quality that are eaten in the whole world but mostly in USA.

A person which eat them one or two times in a week fulfil all his calories. Their shells are also very precious and mostly sell in the markets of America.

Scallops are the best healthy food and you should to try it soon. The people of the olden ages took perfect diet and now a days it is not possible that one thing fulfill all your requirements so, this is the best option for you.

For their quality scallops are divided into three different types sea scallops, bay scallops and calico scallops. Sea scallops are mostly present in European countries and these countries earn a huge foreign exchange through it. Bay scallop is the second type and lives in less deep water also very famous for their delicious taste which increase its beauty more.

Third type is calico scallop, present in warm water like Atlantic river. These are also very sweat in taste and eaten in many countries.

Way of its cooking:

There are many methods to cook them like grilling, deep frying, broiling and baking according to their taste. But some of the best methods are given below which make your taste better.

Rich scallop sous:

  1. First of all you need 1/3 table spoon garlic.
  2. Also need 1/4 cup of butter.
  3. 1/3 cup onion.
  4. At least two table spoon of parsley.
  5. 1/4 table spoon white pepper.
  6. 1/4 table spoon of iodine salt.

Now you need to take a bowl and mix all the things immediately then put into a stove and bake it several minutes. It takes at least 10 to 15 minutes then an enjoyable food will be prepared.
