History OF Coco’s Bakery
This first restaurant was classified “Tidbit Shop” and was situated along California’s Pacific Coast Highway. The Snack Shop was purchased by John and Audrey Mcintosh in 1948 and later changed over into Coco’s.
The executives of the chain has changed a few times throughout the years. By 2015, Coco’s currently has 57 restaurants. A large portion of these are found in California, Nevada and Arizona.
