Holiday Cheese Wreath

• 1 large wheel of brie 

• Dorot Gardens Garlic, Chopped Parsley or Chopped Basil

• Charcuterie ingredients like sliced prosciutto, salami, chorizo, olives, etc.

• Dried fruits like cherries, apricots raisins, etc.

• Vegetables like cherry peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

• Nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.

• Fresh rosemary leaves

• Served with Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers and Flatbreads

• 1 jar of your favorite jam or preserves


• Use an empty can or jar to cut a hole in the middle of the large brie to shape it into a wreath. 

• Microwave all of your Dorot Gardens herbs until thawed and spread it on top of the wheel of brie. 

• Place the brie back in its case with the top removed and bake it in a 325F oven for 10-15 minutes until warm and slightly melted. 

• Begin building your “wreath” by placing all of the elements from the charcuterie, dried fruits, vegetables and nuts outside if the brie case. 

• Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves to add a green wreath-like look to it. Place an open jar of jam or preserves in the center of the wreath.
