History of Fleming’s
This place was founded two decades ago in 1998. Paul Fleming and Bill Allen wanted to create a one-of-a-kind restaurant featuring world class service, the very best USDA prime beef, and a wide selection of wine to try.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is now available in 71 locations around America, all of which have wi-fi available.
Fleming’s Review
The overall ambience is very classy — tables covered in white sheets, red leather-covered wooden chairs, and of course wine glasses. It can be a bit noisy at times inside but it’s bearable.
The food was superb. There’s nothing bad I can say about their steak and even the potatoes. Two thumbs up and a wide smile for me after eating there.
You should try the prime dry-aged ribeye and the Yukon gold mashed potatoes with lobster. I’m telling you; you wouldn’t regret that.
The waiter/waitress that served us is very knowledgeable with the wine and steaks. They are well-trained and courteous. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too crowded when we came so we were seated quickly.
