The company’s unnamed founder opened the restaurant’s original location in Lexington, Kentucky, in 1991. Today, the entire company operates under the management of Kelso & Company.

The restaurant looks pretty with its retro-style furnishings and decorations. The tables and chairs are clean and organized. The comfort rooms are smell-free.
