Bacon Pancakes with Maple-Peanut Butter Syrup

This is a simple Breakfast that can be ready in just 35 minutes! Enjoy this lovely bacon pancake that’s was made using the Bisquick, mixed and served alongside the maple and peanut butter syrup.

  2. Maple-Peanut Butter Syrup
  3. 3 tbsp (45 mL) creamy peanut butter
  4. 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter or margarine, softened
  5. 1/2 cup (125 mL) maple-flavoured syrup
  6. Pancakes
  7. 2 cups (500 mL) Bisquick* mix
  8. 3/4 cup (175 mL) milk
  9. 1/4 cup (50 mL) maple-flavoured syrup
  10. 2 eggs
  11. 1/2 cup (125 mL) pre-cooked bacon pieces

Bacon Pancakes with Maple-Peanut Butter Syrup Preparing Steps

Place into a small bowl, beat up the peanut butter and butter itself with maybe an electric mixer on a low speed until its completely smooth. Also beat in 1/2 cup of syrup, do not stop until it appears to be well mixed.

Then proceed to heating nonstick griddle to about 350ºF or you can as well heat 12inch nonstick skillet with just a medium-low heat.

While in medium bowl, you stir all the pancake ingredients excluding just the bacon alongside the wire whisk or fork until it appears to be completely blended.

For each pancake in your possession, slightly pour less than 1/4 of cup batter onto the hot griddle. Cok it for about 2 to 3 straight minutes or you can as well cook until it appears to be completely dry.

Turn the other side and cook until it appears to be golden brown in color. Fell free now to serve you pancaked with Syrup.
