History of MAD Greens
MAD Greens was founded by Marley Hodgson and Dan Long in 2004. It was the first fast-casual salad restaurant in the United States.
It operates 32 corporate-owned locations in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. They were acquired by the AC Restaurant Group in 2013.
MAD Greens Review
Since the restaurant serves fast salads, their interiors are similar to that of your usual fast-food chain. They do make sure that their restaurant is clean, though.
You can taste the freshness of their vegetables and for that alone, it’s already good value for money. Plus, you can adjust their standard salad items according to your preferences.
Must-tries include their Aphrodite salad, Mona Lisa Panini, Siam I Am salad, and Ty Cobbs salad. As for their juices, go adventurous with Beet It or the classic Strawberry Cooler.
The staff are friendly and very patient when explaining the MAD Greens Menu Prices and the different choices you have. Waiting time is practically non-existent since you can get your order fast.
